Tourism is fundamental to the area with sports enthusiasts attracted to it's tall peaks, favourable climate and the development of a variety of summer sporting opportunities such as the La Molina Kona Bikepark. The valley has a number of villages offering an extensive network of country roads and excellent biking routes for all ages and abilities.

La Molina has excellent maintained trails with fantastic panorama of the valley and neighbouring areas, created with all abilities in mind. There are also learning areas to develop skills before heading down the trails. Be sure to stick to the marked trails as there are big cliffs and drop offs if you go astray.
DOWNHILL
Extensive
development over the last summers on the Tosas, the resort's highest
mountain peak, has opened up a variety of exciting Downhill riding. The BikePark has several Downhill courses through the forested hillside,
made up of rock gardens, drops and plenty of drifty turns, as well as
ramps and jumps. All the
routes are gravity fed and clearly signposted to determine difficulty
level although there are some very challenging trails only for the
fearless! New Downhill trails
have been created linking La Molina resort with the town of Alp, a 1200
m vertical drop of fast downhill through forest and single tracks. Return to La Molinarncan be made by prior arrangement.
FREERIDE
Freeriders
will find all their needs met with an extensive development of a
slope-style Freeride course at the base of the Telecabin Alp 2500. The
freecross course offers ramps, jumps, berms, fast bends and wall
rides.
One park (Txiquipark) is especially designed for family needs and is
very attractive for children and learners who want to develop and
enhance their riding skills.
CROSS-COUNTRY
There are a variety of Cross Country trails crossing the base of the resort. They loop through forested areas and across prados and are so well signposted it is impossible to get lost.
